Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.
Q: Where is my order shipped out from?
A: We are located in California and all orders are shipped out from California.
Q: What are your shipping charges for USA orders?
A: For order under $10 is $3.99. For order under $25 is $4.99. For order under $59 is $6.99. Enjoy free standard shipping for order $60 and over.
Q: What are your shipping charges for international orders? (eg: Canada, UK, Netherlands, Australia and all other countries? )
A: All other countries - For order $0.01 to $9.99 is $8.99. For order $10 to $59.99 is $16.99. For order $60 to $89.99 is $20.99. Enjoy free standard shipping for order $90 and over.
Q: What about urgent orders and other shipping methods?
A: we can ship USPS Express, UPS, Fedex or DHL at extra charge. To know your shipping charges before ordering, please email us the the list of item SKU, qty you wish to buy and shipping method, then we will quote shipping for you. If you have your own shipping account, we can ship using your shipper and account at no charge.
Q:How long does it take to ship and delivery time?
A: We ship orders out at same or next busincess day after payment is cleared. With standard first class mail or priority mail by USPS, delivery time for USA orders are 2 to 4 working days. Canada orders are 5 to 10 working days. Other overseas orders are 7 to 20 working days. We can offer express shipment at buyers cost if requested. Please email us for urgent orders.
Q: Why paypal rejected my order when making payment?
A: This usually happens when your billing address and shipping address doesn't match with your paypal account registered information. Paypal often rejects transactions when there are discrepancy. You can try changing the address. Or pay with a credit card.
Q: Do you accept wholesale orders?
A: Yes, we offer wholesale at wholesale prices for most of our items. We take wholesale order at a minimum qty of 2000pcs per design per color. Please contact us for more wholesale enquiry.
Q: I have a promotional code and how to use it?
A: Enter the code on the shopping cart page in the coupon code box. Click "GO" and the discount will apply to the items in your cart. If there is a problem when using the code, feel free to contact us.
Q: How to exchange/return an item?
A: We gladly accept return or exchange within 10 days of delivery for USA orders. Sorry but we cannot accept return or exchange for overseas orders due to high cost of postage. Unless there is a error. Please contact us before returning or exchanging an item. And please note that discount might be lost if you return part of your order when using a promo code. Please note that shipping will be not refunded unless we made an error.
Q: Any promotional offers for my order?
