Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.

Q: What are your shipping costs for USA, Canada, UK and Australia?
A: For order under $10 is $3.99. For order under $25 is $4.99. For order under $59 is $6.99. Enjoy free shipping for order $60 and over.

Q: What about International orders?
A: We ship to Canada, UK, Netherlands, Australia, Singapore, Newzland, Japan at the same rate as USA. We will have to quote shipping charges to you if you are ordering from other countries. You can add items to your shopping cart and check out as usual but shipping charges will not be shown. You will receive an order confirmation email and order will be pending. Then we will quote shipping service and charges for you to choose from. Once you have agreed with charges, we will bill to you. OR if you prefer to know your shipping charges before ordering, please email us the the list of item SKU and qty you wish to buy, then we will quote shipping.

Q:How long does it take to ship and delivery time?

A: We ship orders out at same or next busincess day after payment is cleared. With Standard First Class Mail, delivery time for USA orders are 2 to 4 days. Canada orders are 5 to 7 days. Other overseas orders are 7 to 14 days. We can offer express shipment at buyers cost if requested. Please email us for urgent orders.

Q: Why paypal rejected my order when making payment?

A: This usually happens when your billing address and shipping address doesn't match with your paypal account registered information. Paypal often rejects transactions when there are discrepancy. You can try changing the address. Or please contact us for more solutions.

Q: Do you accept wholesale orders?

A: Yes, we offer wholesale at wholesale prices for most of our items. We take wholesale order at a minimum qty of 2000pcs per design per color. Please contact us for more wholesale enquiry. 

Q: I have a promotional code and how to use it?

A: You can enter the code on the same page you enter your personal information. Please note that promotional codes will not work on paypal check out page. If the problem persisted, you can still complete the transaction. Then email us the promotional code and we will refund the amount accordingly.
